Studio4Good is a collective of experts and like-minded companies convinced that organizations should be a greater force “4Good”.

We play with, train and boost, restructure or transform selected European organizations every year.

We primarily solve problems about strategy clarity, execution, sales, GTM (go-to-market), Strategic partnerships, People & Culture (Hiring, Onboarding, Talent Development, Incentive management), Sustainability management and last but not least Strategic Governance.


WHAT

Studio4Good has 3 main activities to support ambitious founders and their teams:

🌱 INVEST: we provide financing solutions (from 5 to 30M€) with focus on European founded, B2B Tech, AI, SaaS with strong expertise in Sales, HR and Sustainability); We work with organizations who focus on solving some of the 17 SDGs. 🎲 PLAY: we designed & continuously improve a business game to help exec teams focus better, align faster & engage stronger. We also bring a strong community of governance / board experts as well as hands-on execution support via our execution studio brand.

🧠 EXPERIENCE: we provide innovative adult learning (andragogy) immersive experiences to world class leaders and executive teams via the InsideRisk brand.
